In some cases, we may not be able to test drive the cars or confirm they are safe for use. If the car is going to be driven, it must be inspected and tested by a professional mechanic.

The battery or fuel tank is the owner's responsibility. As these components may pose a hazard, they may need to be removed before storing the vehicle.

You must ensure—through a qualified mechanic—that the car accelerates and stops properly. Adjustments may be required to achieve this.

By paying the invoice, you agree to these terms and release Half Scale Cars from any liability once the vehicle is in your possession.
